Ayanna Pressley says Trump Admin, SCOTUS, GOP are all 'fascist'
El Sayed announced his run for Senate against Rep. Haley Stevens (D-MI) and has based his campaign platform on “Money Out of Politics, Money in Your Pocket, [and] Medicare for All.”
“I believe our destinies are tied from Massachusetts to Michigan. I represent a district that is deeply unequal, that has been plagued by disparate outcomes across every issue, including and especially health outcomes, and I am inspired by the work that Abdul el Sayed did with rebuilding Detroit’s health department,” Pressley said, referencing el Sayed’s platform message.

Host Al Sharpton noted political jabs between el Sayed and Stevens, asking Pressley if she was confident in “both sides’ ability to come together and defeat Republicans in the fall.”
