Carol Miller, Riley Moore again are Republican nominees for Congress
Congressional incumbents Carol Miller and Riley Moore, both Republicans, will again lead their party banners into the general election. Of the two, only Miller faced a primary challenger. Decision Desk called that race in her favor.
Miller, who represents West Virginia's 1st Congressional District, assumed office on Jan. 3, 2023. Her current term ends on Jan. 3, 2027.
