Mark Cuban shuts down another Kamala Harris presidential run: 'I don't care'

Billionaire Mark Cuban, who was a surrogate for the former vice president during her 2024 presidential campaign, shut down any chance of supporting Kamala Harris for another presidential run, saying, "I don't care at this point in time."

Cuban said Tuesday at Politico’s Health Care Summit that he has “no” interest in seeing Harris run for president again, the New York Post reported.

When asked why he won’t support Harris again, Cuban said, “It doesn’t matter.”

“Right now, we’ve got until 2028. I don’t care who the candidates are, I’m not trying to pick a candidate, I’m not trying to promote a candidate. I’m trying to change how f-cked up this health care industry is right now. That’s all I care about.”

Cuban praised President Donald Trump and the Department of Health and Human Services for pushing to reduce drug prices and fast-track drug trials. He said that he would consider supporting a Republican who shares his reform goals, depending on “what’s best for the country.”

“I’m not an ideologue about parties,” Cuban said. “Get rid of both parties, I’m happier.”
