Universal Pictures had slated the film for a November 19, 2027 release, but scheduling conflicts prevented Gosling from finalizing a deal with the studio. This untitled project is a follow-up to the Oscar-winning 'Everything Everywhere All at Once', which took home seven Oscars and grossed over USD 100 million worldwide.

Meanwhile, Gosling's latest feature, 'Project Hail Mary', directed by Phil Lord and Chris Miller, has achieved significant global success, earning USD 300 million at the box office.
