House Democrats' PAC dumps $6 million into Ohio to target Max Miller
House Democrats’ super PAC announced Friday that it plans to spend an additional $6 million on advertising in Ohio‘s 7th Congressional District as they see hope in unseating embattled Rep. Max Miller (R-OH) amid abuse allegations.
The House Majority PAC said its increased investment is in Cleveland, which borders Miller’s district. The cash dump now brings the super PAC’s ad spending to over $7 million, and comes as Miller faces a slew of allegations that he abused his ex-wife and daughter. Miller has remained steadfast in his commitment to stay in the race despite GOP calls for the second-term congressman to step down, as well as a House Ethics Committee investigation.

“Max Miller is an embarrassment to OH-07, and Republicans continue to stand by him as the allegations of abuse continue to pile up,” House Majority PAC President Mike Smith said in a statement. “HMP is all-in on ensuring Max Miller loses this November and looks forward to Democrats taking back the House and electing Hakeem Jeffries as the next Speaker.”
