Rick Scott (R-Fla.) failed to properly state where the domicile of former Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. employee Charles Littlejohn was before his incarceration for leaking the private tax information of thousands of wealthy taxpayers—including President Donald Trump, Jeff Bezos, and Elon Musk, a federal judge said Thursday.
