Not in Maine? Stay out of our politics. | Letter
It amazes me how many people from other states have an opinion on Maine’s senatorial race. And it seems that they all have something negative to say about Graham Platner, while missing the important point that Sen. Susan Collins is in President Trump’s back pocket on nearly every vote, except when her vote makes no difference to the outcome.
Platner has his faults, as do all of us, but his ideas are fresh and forward thinking. People from other states should mind their own backyard. Leave Maine politics to Mainers, where it belongs.
