Thomas Massie says the Israeli lobby funded ads that claimed he dated AOC, Ilhan Omar
Kentucky GOP Rep. Thomas Massie on Monday said that the Israeli lobby spent millions of dollars to fund ads that claimed he was dating New York Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Minnesota Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar.
“The red vs blue AI political ads are going to be wild this fall,” he wrote on the social media platform, X. “Here’s the AI ad the Israeli lobby spent millions to run against me in KY. Many older people voted against me because they believed I dated AOC and Omar. I told AOC I would never do that with Omar!”
Attached to Massie’s post are screenshots of ads made by artificial intelligence. One of them shows Massie at dinner with Omar and Ocasio-Cortez.
Another screenshot shows Massie holding hands with both Omar and Cortez.
Massie also attached one of the ads that was labeled as satire and made with AI.
“Thomas Massie caught in a throuple in Washington,” the voiceover says. “He’s cheating with the squad on the America First movement. Massie voted with the squad against Trump’s tax cuts.”
Earlier this year, Massie lost the primary race to Ed Gallrein who was endorsed by President Donald Trump.
The primary race between Massie and Gallrein was the most expensive U.S. primary in history.
