Arkansas — 1st District

Two candidates are running in the election for Arkansas' U.S. House District 1 seat.

Arkansas' 1st Congressional District covers eastern and part of northern Arkansas, including Jonesboro and Harrison.

There is one Democrat and one Republican who have filed.

The Republican is Rick Crawford. He has represented the 1st District since 2011. He became chair of the U.S. House Intelligence Committee last year.

The Democrat is Terri Yarbrough Green. Her website lists her key priorities as honest democracy, accountable government, and thriving communities.
