Anti-Trump, ICE protests to come to SoCal lawmakers' doors on Tuesday

Several offices home to Southern California representatives are set to be site of organized demonstrations calling for the impeachment of President Donald Trump just a day after Presidents’ Day.
The offices of Rep. Norma Torres of California’s 35th Congressional District, Rep. Juan Vargas of California’s 52nd District and Rep. George Whitesides of California’s 27th Congressional District are listed as the locations of demonstrations planned on Tuesday, Feb. 17.
The demonstrations are part of a nationwide effort to have local chapters of grassroots groups such as the 50501 Movement get constituents to call on all members of the U.S. House of Representatives to impeach Trump — who’d previously been impeached by the U.S. House — and abolish U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in the aftermath of the fatal shootings of Renee Nicole Good and Alex Pretti by federal immigration agents.
