Georgia lawmakers signed a letter opposing Republican-led redistricting efforts and urging major corporations to defend voting rights.
In a letter sent Tuesday to more than 250 companies, members of the Congressional Black Caucus urged them to condemn the redistricting efforts, which the lawmakers call attempts “to silence Black voices at the ballot box.”
