Kansas — 1st District

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Rep. Tracey Mann of Kansas and Democratic candidate Lauren Reinhold will face off in the November general election for the state’s 1st Congressional District seat.

Both candidates advanced after winning their respective primaries on Tuesday. Libertarian candidate Steve Jacob will join the Republican and Democratic nominees on the Nov. 3 ballot.

Reinhold secured victory over her primary opponent, Colin McRoberts.

Having lived in Kansas for over 30 years, she previously worked as an attorney at the U.S. Social Security Administration before resigning amid budget cuts from the U.S. Department of Government Efficiency.

“Lauren has dedicated her life helping families navigate federal systems, advocating for fair treatment of workers, and building efficient, people-centered government,” her campaign website says.
