Democratic candidates for 6th Congressional District coming to Ipswich Aug. 25
IPSWICH — With the Massachusetts state primary less than two weeks away, Tuesday may be your last chance to meet some of the candidates running to represent Ipswich and the surrounding areas in Washington, D.C.
Six Democrats and one Republican are vying to replace Seth Moulton — who is running for Senate — and become the next representative for Massachusetts’ 6th Congressional District.
The six Democratic candidates will come to Ipswich Tuesday night, Aug. 25, for a candidates’ forum at True North Ale Company.
The forum, hosted by the Ipswich Democratic Town Committee, will begin at 5:15 p.m. It is free and open to the public.
Here’s a look at who will (and won’t) be there and what they stand for.
