August primary election: Michigan’s 1st Congressional District results
UPPER MICHIGAN. (WLUC) - The projected results are in for which candidates will face off for Michigan’s 1st Congressional District seat in the November general election.
Jack Bergman is expected to represent the Republicans in November after securing a majority of the votes during Tuesday’s primary election. Bergman ran against Justin Michal and Matthew DenOtter.
The projected winner for the Democratic Party is Callie Barr. Barr ran against Kyle Blomquist and Wayne Stiles.
