PRIMARY RESULTS: Bass wins in 3rd Congressional District, will face Morrison
Tyler Bass will advance to the general election this fall after receiving the most votes in the Republican primary for U.S. House representative in Minnesota’s Third Congressional District.
According to unofficial results from the Minnesota Secretary of State, Bass secured 22,589 votes (55.43%), which was enough to defeat Quentin Wittrock, who received 18,165 votes (44.57%).
Bass will face DFL Rep. Kelly Morrison in the midterm elections Tuesday, Nov. 3. Morrison is running for reelection after beginning her first term in 2025.
Bass is the founder of At Home Fitness, an in-home personal training company. He expanded into additional ventures and later transitioned into construction, working as a general contractor completing interior and exterior projects throughout the Twin Cities.
