Betty McCollum wins DFL primary in reelection bid for Minnesota’s 4th Congressional District
ST. PAUL, Minn. (Valley News Live) - U.S. Rep. Betty McCollum won the Minnesota DFL primary Tuesday in her reelection bid for Congressional District 4.
“It is an honor to serve the people of Minnesota’s Fourth District, and I’m grateful to DFL Primary voters for their renewed faith in me as our party’s nominee for Congress,” McCollum said. “President Trump and Congressional Republicans have decimated the economy, started a new war in the Middle East, and raised healthcare and grocery costs for nearly all Americans, while extending lavish tax breaks for millionaires and billionaires. When Democrats win the House in November, I look forward to a Congress where members of his administration must raise their right hand and answer for the corruption, chaos, and cruelty they have inflicted on the American people.”
