AP: Jeffrey Hulum III wins Democratic primary for Mississippi’s 4th Congressional District
BILOXI, Miss. (WLOX) - Jeffrey Hulum III won the Democratic primary for Mississippi’s 4th Congressional District.
Hulum defeated David Ryan Grover and Paul James Blackman with 8,945 (58.9%) votes through 69.3% of counted ballots. Grover received 2,152 (14.2%) votes, and Blackman received 4,089 (26.9%) votes.
Hulum will face Republican incumbent Mike Ezell and Independent Carl Boyanton in the November 3 general election.
Hulum has served in the Mississippi House of Representatives since 2022, representing House District 119, which includes parts of Gulfport.
