Buller Accepts Debate Invite
The woman challenging John Mannion for Congress has accepted an opportunity to debate her opponent.
Kailee Buller has accepted an invitation from the Alliance to Preserve the Finger Lakes to debate Congressman Mannion later this month.
“It’s on. I’m ready to debate John Mannion and give voters a clear choice between his record of higher costs and party-line votes, and my plan to lower costs and restore common sense,” Buller said. “This should be the first of several debates across Central New York. Anytime, anywhere.”
Buller said the alliance invited both candidates to participate in a debate while Congress is in its August recess, with potential dates offered on August 13, 18, or 27. Buller announced she would participate on any of the aforementioned dates. Candidates were asked to respond by August 5.
