GOP challenger outraises Oregon’s U.S. Rep. Val Hoyle in latest fundraising period
This marks the second time DeSpain outraised Hoyle in a fundraising quarter this election cycle. DeSpain outraised Hoyle with help from individual donors, her own money and a separate political action committee she uses to transfer funds into her campaign account.
